BE Mechanical Engineer (Experienced)

Position: BE Mechanical Engineer (Senior / Experienced) Experience: 3–5 years Key Responsibilities • Handle full job cycle: raw material → machining/fabrication → testing → final dispatch • Read and interpret engineering drawings & specifications • Supervise machining, fabrication, heat treatment, and finishing processes • Coordinate with production teams, suppliers, and testing labs • Ensure product quality, accuracy, and adherence to standards • Troubleshoot mechanical issues during job execution • Maintain detailed job records and prepare reports • Support improvement projects and new product development Required Skills & Experience • BE Mechanical Engineering (mandatory) • 3–5 years in steel, heavy engineering, fabrication, or machining • Strong knowledge of steel grades, raw materials, machining, fabrication & welding • Quality checks, NDT & mechanical testing • Crane & pulley manufacturing (preferred) • Ability to read detailed drawings & execute custom jobs • Good communication, planning & team coordination What We Offer • Competitive salary (based on experience) • Work with a specialised engineering team with strong industry reputation • Growth, responsibility, and long-term stability • Professional and ethical work culture
