Official IDRL Code of Conduct (IDCC)
Operated by 1 Martian Way Industries Pvt. Ltd. · Terms · Refund Policy · PayProtect Policy
The IDRL Code of Conduct, hereinafter referred to as the "IDCC", is the formal policy governing conduct for each and every member of IDRL, Indian Drone Racing League, operated by 1 Martian Way Industries Pvt. Ltd.
The IDCC is revised from time to time. Members are required to review the current version at https://droneracingindia.com/codeofconduct regularly and comply with all platform rules.
Failure to abide by the IDCC constitutes a Section Breach (SB). All enforcement actions described herein are permanent. IDRL does not impose temporary bans, timed suspensions, or automatic reinstatements for IDCC violations.
The IDCC applies to, but is not limited to, the following IDRL products and services under the management of 1 Martian Way Industries Pvt. Ltd.:
1. The IDRL website at https://droneracingindia.com and all associated web services.
2. The IDRL App and IDRL X App available on supported mobile platforms.
3. IDRL WhatsApp community groups, including IDRL 101X, IDRL MarketX, IDRL InstructorsX, IDRL PremierX, IDRL International, and IDRL event-specific groups. (The legacy IDRL Market WhatsApp group was formally terminated on 7 February 2018; marketplace access for members is provided through IDRL X Membership and IDRL MarketX.)
4. IDRL races and events, covering member attendance and conduct for the entire duration of any IDRL event, including practice and race days.
5. IDRL PayProtect escrow transactions and associated WhatsApp groups.
6. IDRL marketplace, auctions, newsfeed, chats, comments, reviews, academy, and enhanced seller store features.
7. IDRL RotorRush multiplayer simulator and related e-sports activities.
8. Any future IDRL property or service produced for the IDRL member community.
9. IDRL AI Moderator and IDRL Autonomous AI Agents — including but not limited to the newsfeed AI Moderator (Content Moderator / Newsfeed Monitor), IntelAgent, Discovery Agent, Academy Generator, AI Lawyer (PayProtect dispute resolution), WhatsApp Community Moderator, and any future IDRL-operated AI agent or bot account on the platform. All member interactions with these agents on any AIDP channel are governed by this IDCC, including Section H.
The IDCC is strictly enforced across all AIDP by IDRL Admins who monitor conduct and review member reports.
When non-compliant or abusive conduct is reported, the Admin Team reviews the basis and evidence and determines the appropriate permanent enforcement action under Section F of this IDCC.
All removal and termination actions under the IDCC are permanent. IDRL does not grant temporary group removals, timed AIDP suspensions, or automatic reinstatements.
Enforcement decisions are made at the sole discretion of IDRL Admins, are final, and IDRL is not obligated to provide warnings, hearings, or appeals.
Objectionable Content and Abusive Users: IDRL enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users across all AIDP. Objectionable Content includes, but is not limited to: (i) sexually explicit materials; (ii) obscene, defamatory, libellous, slanderous, violent and/or unlawful content or profanity; (iii) content that infringes upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary right, or that is deceptive or fraudulent; (iv) content that promotes the use or sale of illegal or regulated substances, tobacco products, ammunition and/or firearms; and (v) gambling, including without limitation any online casino, sports books, bingo or poker.
Members who use obscene words, slanderous comments, or abusive or mocking behaviour toward other members create nuisance for the entire community. Abused members must report such behaviour to Admins immediately rather than continuing the argument. No excuses are accepted for prolonging a brawl. Members who continue arguing after being advised to stop may be permanently removed along with the instigating member.
Mocking, ridiculing, or showing venomous attitude toward other members is prohibited. Members who demonstrate such conduct may be permanently removed from all AIDP.
The same standards apply to IDRL AI Moderator and all IDRL Autonomous AI Agents on AIDP. Members must not harass, mock, ridicule, bait, spam, attempt prompt injection or deliberate misuse, interfere with agent operation, or engage in any offensive or disruptive conduct directed at AI-operated IDRL services. See Section H for the dedicated AI Agent Protection Protocol. Violations may result in permanent removal from all AIDP under Section F.
Pilot Solicitation and External Promotion: IDRL members must not contact other IDRL pilots or publish posts via AIDP soliciting work opportunities, participation in non-IDRL events, or external commercial promotion unrelated to permitted marketplace activity. Companies wishing to hire IDRL pilots must submit a complete job description and company details to support@droneracingindia.com for review through IDRL's official channels.
Links to external forms or sites that solicit registration, participation, or other action from IDRL pilots on AIDP without IDRL authorization are strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately. Violations may result in permanent removal under Section F.
In addition to Section C, the following rules apply to specific IDRL WhatsApp groups and events:
1. IDRL 101X (RaceQuad Build): Strictly for learning to build racing drones. Event promotion, personal promotion, product promotion, and project solicitations are prohibited unless directly relevant to drone building. Shared links and information must remain focused on the group's core subject matter.
2. IDRL MarketX: Strictly for peer-to-peer buying and selling. Only particulars of items for sale and price may be posted. IDRL MarketX is for IDRL X Members only and supports IDRL PayProtect to protect buyers and sellers. Violations may result in permanent removal under Section F.
3. IDRL InstructorsX: Strictly for instructor-related discussion, training guidance, and professional conduct among IDRL instructors and X Members. Off-topic spam, solicitation, and abusive conduct are prohibited.
4. IDRL PremierX: Strictly for Premier-level X Member discussion and related community activity. All Language and Conduct Protocol rules in Section G apply without exception.
5. IDRL event-specific WhatsApp groups: Strictly for information related to the particular IDRL event. Off-topic noise, abuse, and unsolicited promotion are prohibited.
6. Members are prohibited from sharing WhatsApp group invite links with non-members or adding outside members directly. If detected, both the adding member and the added member may be permanently removed.
7. Promotion of external non-IDRL groups, non-IDRL events, or non-IDRL communities on AIDP is strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately.
Marketplace listings and reviews on IDRL must be truthful, relevant, and compliant with the IDCC and IDRL PayProtect Policy at https://droneracingindia.com/ppolicy.
Spammer alert posts, scammer alert posts, scammer call-outs, naming-and-shaming posts, and any public accusation of fraud, scamming, or spamming that identifies any member by call-sign, username, phone number, or other identifier are strictly prohibited on all AIDP — including the newsfeed, comments, direct messages, WhatsApp groups, and reviews. There is zero tolerance for such posts regardless of whether the accusation is believed to be true. Members must use IDRL PayProtect for transaction disputes, official marketplace reviews where applicable, and report fraud via https://droneracingindia.com/contact.
Members must not post fraudulent listings, retaliatory reviews, or content intended to manipulate marketplace reputation.
Buy/sell activity in IDRL MarketX must comply with Section D.2. PayProtect-eligible transactions should use IDRL PayProtect where applicable.
Violations of this section may result in permanent removal from AIDP, permanent marketplace and auction suspension, and revocation of IDRL X Membership without refund under Section F.
This section governs permanent removal and termination of IDRL members who breach the IDCC. IDRL Admins enforce this section after report review and admin team assessment. There are no temporary enforcement tiers.
For any Section Breach, at the sole discretion of IDRL Admins, IDRL may permanently:
1. Remove the member from all IDRL X WhatsApp groups, including IDRL 101X, IDRL MarketX, IDRL InstructorsX, IDRL PremierX, and any other IDRL X group.
2. Revoke and strip IDRL X Membership immediately, terminating all X-member privileges.
3. Deny any refund for IDRL X Membership — in whole or in part — regardless of remaining subscription period. See https://droneracingindia.com/refund.
4. Permanently ban the member from all AIDP, including apps, website, WhatsApp groups, races, and events.
5. Permanently suspend marketplace, auction, PayProtect, and enhanced store privileges.
6. Permanently withhold eligibility for future IDRL X Membership or other IDRL services.
There are no temporary bans. There are no timed suspensions. There is no automatic reinstatement and no guaranteed second chance. All bans under this section are permanent unless IDRL expressly states otherwise in writing for a specific, isolated case — which IDRL is never obligated to do.
This Protocol applies to all member interactions with IDRL AI Moderator and IDRL Autonomous AI Agents across all AIDP — including but not limited to the newsfeed AI Moderator (Content Moderator / Newsfeed Monitor), IntelAgent, Discovery Agent, Academy Generator, AI Lawyer (PayProtect dispute resolution), WhatsApp Community Moderator, and any future IDRL-operated AI agent or bot account on the platform.
IDRL AI Moderator and Autonomous AI Agents are official IDRL-operated services on AIDP. Members must treat them with the same professional and respectful conduct required toward other members and IDRL Admins.
The following conduct toward IDRL AI Moderator or any IDRL Autonomous AI Agent is prohibited with zero tolerance: (a) harassment, bullying, or sustained targeted abuse; (b) mocking, ridiculing, or showing venomous attitude; (c) trolling, baiting, or bad-faith arguments designed to provoke disorder; (d) spamming, flooding, or deliberately overloading agent channels; (e) deliberate misuse of agent features or workflows; (f) prompt-injection, jailbreak, or manipulation attempts designed to subvert agent behaviour; (g) impersonation of IDRL AI agents or misrepresentation of agent output; (h) interference with automated moderation, agent operation, or IDRL-operated AI workflows; and (i) any offensive, degrading, or disruptive language or conduct directed at AI-operated IDRL services.
This Protocol applies to posts, comments, direct messages, PayProtect group chat, WhatsApp groups, reviews, and any other channel where IDRL AI Moderator or Autonomous AI Agents operate or where members interact with them.
Violations are enforced at the sole discretion of IDRL Admins. IDRL is not obligated to issue warnings before acting on egregious violations. Enforcement is permanent under Section F and may include, without limitation: permanent ban from all AIDP, permanent revocation of IDRL X Membership without refund, and permanent suspension of marketplace, auction, and event privileges.
Report violations via our Contact Page at: https://droneracingindia.com/contact. False or malicious reports may themselves constitute a violation of the IDCC.
This Protocol applies to every IDRL X Member in all IDRL X WhatsApp community groups — including IDRL 101X, IDRL MarketX, IDRL InstructorsX, IDRL PremierX, and any future IDRL X group — and everywhere on IDRL, including the IDRL App, IDRL X App, website at https://droneracingindia.com, marketplace listings, auctions, newsfeed, direct messages, comments, reviews, PayProtect group chat where applicable, interactions with IDRL AI Moderator and IDRL Autonomous AI Agents on AIDP, and any other IDRL-operated channel.
Members must maintain professional, respectful, and decent language at all times. IDRL X groups are business-grade community spaces for India's drone racing ecosystem — not informal chat rooms.
The following conduct is prohibited with zero tolerance, including masked, abbreviated, censored, leetspeak, phonetic, or emoji/symbol variants intended to convey the same meaning: (a) profanity and vulgarity of any kind, including common expletives, scatological terms, and sexual profanity; (b) slurs, hate speech, or derogatory language targeting race, ethnicity, religion, caste, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, or any protected characteristic; (c) sexually explicit, pornographic, or suggestive content; (d) threats of violence, wishes of harm, or encouragement of self-harm; (e) graphic, gory, or violent descriptions intended to shock or disturb; (f) content promoting illegal activity, extremism, or terrorism; (g) personal attacks, harassment, bullying, intimidation, stalking, or sustained targeted abuse; (h) trolling, baiting, bad-faith arguments designed to provoke disorder, or deliberate disruption of group discourse; (i) any language or conduct that a reasonable person would find abhorrent, degrading, or unfit for a professional community — including conduct that is only distantly or indirectly offensive, such as dog-whistles, coded language, or innuendo used to evade filters.
In IDRL X WhatsApp groups, members must not engage in heated personal arguments, public shaming, pile-ons, or off-topic rants that degrade group quality. Disagreements on drones, gear, or racing must stay factual and respectful. Admin tags must be used responsibly — not to harass staff or other members. If you witness abusive behaviour, report it to Admins immediately instead of continuing the argument. Members who continue brawling after being advised to stop may be subject to the same permanent enforcement as the instigator.
Violations are enforced at the sole discretion of IDRL Admins. IDRL is not obligated to issue warnings before acting on egregious violations. Enforcement is permanent and may include, without limitation: (1) immediate removal from all IDRL X WhatsApp groups; (2) permanent ban from all IDRL X groups with no re-entry; (3) immediate revocation and stripping of IDRL X Membership without refund of any kind; (4) permanent ban from all Applicable IDRL Property (AIDP); (5) permanent suspension of marketplace, auction, and event privileges; and (6) permanent withholding of future IDRL X Membership eligibility.
There are no temporary bans, timed suspensions, or automatic reinstatements under this Protocol. Admin enforcement decisions are final. IDRL is not obligated to provide hearings or appeals. Evidence may include message content, reports from other members, automated moderation logs, and admin observation.
Purchasing or retaining IDRL X Membership constitutes explicit acceptance of this Protocol. Continued use of IDRL after any update to the IDCC constitutes acceptance of the revised Protocol. For refund terms applicable to IDRL X Membership, see https://droneracingindia.com/refund. For platform Terms, see https://droneracingindia.com/terms. For PayProtect rules, see https://droneracingindia.com/ppolicy.
